The Minonk City Council approved Ordinance 2022-09 moving forward with the General Obligation Certificates for the purpose of improve City Waste Water infrastructure at their monthly meeting Monday night.

In other business the Council set Trick or treat hours for Monday October 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

City Administrator Bill Moline announced that the Chestnut Street Micro-surfacing project is completed, the 6th Street lift station improvement project will be completed Wednesday October 5th and the Water treatment Plant electrical panel improvements are scheduled to start the week of October 17, 2022.

The Minonk Parks and Recreation Committee is taking applications for an open position
