This week's recipe is submitted by Tina Hartzler of Minonk. Garlic Egg Chicken1 egg yolk4 teaspoons garlic powder 4 boneless chicken breasts, thawed 6 tablespoons butter 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 cup grated parm. cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon pepper Beat egg yolk and garlic in nonporous glass dish. Add chicken; turn to coat; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Heat oven to 400. Pour melted butter in bottom of 13 x 9 in. dish. Mix bread, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip both sides of chicken in bread mixture. Place chicken in baking dish and pour remaining egg all over. Bake 15-20 minutes. |
