Submitted by Barb Petri Asparagus Casserole1 can asparagus tips1 can mushroom soup Small jar drained, sliced mushrooms 1 c. grated cheese 3 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 c. milk "dabs" butter Bread crumbs or toast bits Drain asparagus, place in Pyrex dish, top with mushroom soup, drained, sliced mushrooms and cheese. Add milk and sliced eggs and dabs of butter. Cover with bread crumbs or toast bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
