This week's recipe is submitted by Barb Petri Strawberry Jello Dessert2 pkg. 3 oz. strawberr jello1 1/2 boiling water 2- 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries 1 #2 can crushed pineapple (undrained) 2 bananas sliced 1 cup sour cream Dissolve jello in water. Add fruit. Pour 1/2 mixture in bowl. Stir occasionally to mix. Put in fridge to set, when set (about 15-20 min) spread with sour cream then remaining jello. Chill to set. Optional: Put drops of whip cream and whole strawberries on top. |
