Minonk hit by Thanksgiving storm

The Minonk area was hit by a Thanksgiving snowstorm on Wednesday. Snow started following around noon
with winds gusting up to 40 mph and temperatures falling into the 20's by evening. Up to 6 inches
of snow is expected before the storm tapers off Wednesday night. Thanksgiving day will be cold and
sunny.
