4H club has "Family Fun Fall Festival"

The Minonk Successful Farmers 4H Club kicked off their 2004-2005 club year with their 2nd annual "Family Fun Fall Festival." This years event was hosted by 4Her's Kayla and Allen Veldboom, held at their home in rural Minonk.
Twenty-six 4Her's from 14 different families are members in this years club, with Kimmel Jenkins and Christina Jenkins returning as co-leaders. Nearly all members and their families participated in the event, which included games, pumpkin painting activity, and a weenie roast. The evening was concluded with a hay rack ride through the country.
A great time was had by all. The leaders would especially like to thank Tom and Brenda Weber for graciously opening their home to the club. Thank you's are also in order for all the parent volunteers who helped to make this event such a success.
