Memorial Day Program Set For May 29th at Fieldcrest Gymnasium

A Memorial Day program will be held at the Fieldcrest High School gymnasium at 10 am on Monday, May 29th. The event is being held by the Minonk American Legion with Melvin Matter as moderator. Names of those who served in the military will be read and speeches will be given by various Fieldcrest students.
Volunteers are needed to help display marker flags at the grave sites of veterans. Those who wish to help should meet at the Minonk Township Cemetery at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 25th.
