No to referendum: Tiraboschi, Pickard, Kirkpatrick elected to school board

Melina Tiraboschi of Toluca, Jeff Pickard of Wenona, and Joe Kirkpatrick of Minonk
were elected to the Fieldcrest Board of Education in Tuesday's election. The Fieldcrest
tax referendum was soundly defeated with 70 % of the voters voting No. Voters were asked if
they would approve a $.90 increase in the Fieldcrest tax rate.
