Request to "Like" Facebook Page for "Snack Packs"

My name is Garret Piasse and I am the "publicist" of the BackPack SnackPack organization that serves the Fieldcrest school district. Our mission is to provide food to children who may not have an adequate access to nutrition when they are away from school. We create "Snack Packs" that students take home at the end of the school week. We were established in Fall 2018 but now have a Facebook page to serve as a "home" that our organization can post pictures and thank our volunteers and donors. We invite you to "like" our page at www.facebook.com/backpacksnackpack

Minonk Water Tastes Funny

If anyone is wondering about why the water tastes funny, the water is currently not being run through the reverse osmosis system as the city is making updates, it should be back to normal in a couple of days. I assume it is still safe to drink, nothing was said about that.

Beth Hanson Hakes

Christine Cunningham: Supposed to back to normal sometime this week according to the mayor. They should have posted something so people knew.
Lindsay Reed Hahn: Christine Cunningham I'm just so glad there's a reason, and it's going to be fixed. Thank you!!
Christine Cunningham: I was getting nervous that something was wrong and was hoping it was safe to use
Sara Miles: The kids at school commented about it too
Lindsay Reed Hahn: It's so bad
Desiree Kearfott: It's unreal isn't it!! I literally was told today 4 weeks it will be like this
Desiree Kearfott: I was asked if I got the notice about it... it's actually well water safe to drink but def a diff taste that is awful.. we love minonk water
Ronda Hodge: We only drink bottles water and have a filer on our tap for ice..we never drink Minonk water.
Crystal Stanley: Smells like sulfur when we shower here. How about u guys?
Heather Payton: I thought it was our Keurig and our filter in our fridge I'm glad to see it's not just me
Jan Sweet Hovey: There are some days I swear you can taste the chemicals in the water.
Nicole Embery: There was a notice? Awesome timing for whatever it.
Amber Pescitelli Spencer: The kids have complained at school since last week. I wondered what happened! Thanks for posting.
Jeff Cox: I thought it tasted bad when I lived there in the 80's. I probably wouldn't have noticed.
Barbara Arndt: I hate to say this but when I was in High School 55 years ago, I thought Minonk's water was bad. I am from Rutland.
Anthony Muzzarelli: What the hell? This is the same as when there is a boil order they need a better way of notifying people
Eric Clevenger: You know they didn't say we shouldn't drink the water.
Gail Zack: Eric Clevenger if this is in the water, nobody should drink it
Nate Zack: There is always some acceptable level of dangerous chemicals in the water. This article states that, during testing over a nearly-45 day span, that those levels WILL be exceeded, leading to dangerous levels of radiation. Do you really want to drink the water?
Gail Zack: There's no excuse for not notifying us. End of story.
Stillwell: Richard Plus, it was posted 2 days AFTER the work was started
