Shelya A. Koopman The private family service of Shelya A. Koopman, 55, of 4 London Court, Bloomington, was officiated by the Rev. Ray Owens. Burial will be at a later date. She died at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday (June 13, 2001) at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal. Memorials may be made to The Baby Fold or the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mrs. Koopman was born March 13, 1946, in Streator, a daughter of Bill and Eunice Moore Akridge. She married Ken Koopman on Dec. 27, 1964, in Flanagan. Survivors include a daughter, Lea Ann (Marty) Schuler, Bloomington. Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Koopman was an employee of State Farm Insurance Cos., in the Accounting Benefits Department. She graduated from Minonk-Dana-Rutland High School.
