Sixth Street - 1910

This is a 1910 view of Sixth Street looking east from the corner of Maple Avenue. St. Patrick's Church is immediately to the left. Notice the dirt streets and the many American Elm trees lining the street. Almost all of Minonk's elm trees were lost to the Dutch Elm Disease in the 1950's.
