Minonk Bank building 1901

This picture of the Minonk Bank building was taken February 12, 1901. On the left is Brent Ogle. The man in the middle is John Danforth who was president of the bank for many years before retiring in the 1950's. His father C. R. Danforth was the previous president of the bank. The man on the right is Albert Mingers who worked for the bank for many years before retiring to California. Mingers build one of the grandest houses in Minonk which was located on the site of the Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Click here to view a picture of the Mingers house.
