Jumbo behind the cemetery

This is a picture of the Minonk Jumbo taken from the Minonk Township Cemetery which was on the east side of the jumbo. The jumbo was a slag pile that was created from the coal mine at that location. The jumbo was removed in 1990 to be used as fill for the overpasses on I-39.
