Kenneth K."Kenny" Reese, 78, of Minonk, IL passed away at 8:02 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at his residence.
He was born on November 2, 1941 in Asheville, North Carolina a son of John V. and Flaura Myers Reese. He married Darlene A. Cirks on January 31, 1964 in Minonk, IL. She survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Darla (Jeremy) Smith of Stanford, IL; Marla (John) Weber of Minonk, IL; five grandchildren, Kayla (Will) Wilson, Ben Sears, Garrett Smith, Payton Weber, Reese Weber; one great grandchild, Leeann.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Geneiveve, Claraene.
Kenny owned and operated Reese Oil Company for many years.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Cremation will be accorded. A private graveside service will be held at Minonk Township Cemetery. Pastor Amy Berger will officiate. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk is handling arrangements for the family.
