1950's parade

This parade was probably a Fourth of July parade in the 1950's. The panel truck at the left was owned by Bud Finlen who ran Bud's Royal Blue Grocery Store in the 400 block of Chestnut Street. Note the Kroger Grocery and the Gambles Store in the background. Both businesses were located at the north end of the 500 block of Chestnut Street.
