The Fieldcrest High School had a Red Cross blood drive scheduled prior to the school closure. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the drive is even more important now than before. However, we cannot rely on students as donors, as we normally would. We are reaching out to surrounding communities to ask for their support during this critical time. The Red Cross will follow the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of the workers, volunteers and donors. This will include temperature checks before entry, careful hand washing, increased spacing and sanitizing all equipment used.
