1939 Minonk High School basketball team

 

The 1939 Minonk High School basketball team won the Woodford County Tournament and advanced to the Sectional Tournament.  The players are 1st row left: Jim Henderson, Bill Denson, Sam Wylie, Jim Sample, Harry Green.  Second row left: Coach Fred "Wiggy" Eihausen,  George Welch, Tom McNamara, Joe Stevenson, Harry Blackmore, Bill Havener, John Fitzgerald(Manager).
