Sign up forms are available to download here on Minonk Talk or will be available at Pop's Sweet shop, Visions Video, and from City Hall in Minonk after Monday August 13th. Parents will have two weeks to sign up. All sign up forms must be turned into City Hall in Minonk by 4pm on Friday August 24th. All of the practices will be held in Minonk, and the games will be in El Paso. There is a location on the sign up form to request a t-shirt for the parents this year that will match their daughters shirt with last name and # on the shirt. Cost for the extra t-shirt is $15 and can be included in the sign up fee.
