The Fieldcrest Board of Education elected new officers at their monthly meeting Thursday night.  Joe Kirkpatrick of Minonk was elected president of the board while Melinda Tiraboschi of Toluca was elected vice-president.  Tom Barth of Minonk was elected secretary.
