Minonk captured only one seat on the Fieldcrest Board of Education in Tuesday's election.  Linda Reigner of Wenona, Heidi Cook of Toluca, Tammi Coons of Wenona, and Tom Barth of Minonk garnered the most votes in Tuesday's election which drew only 26% of Woodford County voters.  In the mayoral race alderman Bill Koos defeated Mayor Mark Spencer for mayor and Brian Petersen beat Ron Redenius for alderman of Ward 2.

Larry Fortner, Sean Cunningham, and Kerry Carls were running unopposed in Wards 1, 2, and  3 respectively and were elected. Below is the results of Tuesday's election.
