MidState Stars Soccer Club Spring Season Begins

The MidState Stars U18 team began their first season Thursday night against Team You Beat, one of the 8 teams of the Midwest Sports Incorporated Adult league. The hard fought battle was well matched by the Stars relentless intensity. Matching up with some of the areas top college and adult players resulted in 7 – 0 loss for the Stars. Continually within inches of rattling the nets, the Stars pressed their opponents for the full 70 minutes. Coach Zimmerman is confident as the season progresses so will the Stars.
The Stars take on Good Calls Tuesday April 3 at 5:45 pm at the Sale Barn fields; behind the Sale Barn in Bloomington.
Come out and support your area’s newest soccer club, and the players of the MidState Stars: Megan Evans, Haley Evans, Jacob Nunez, Mike Snyder, Justin Miller, Bryan Andrews, Emma Kirby, Aaron Porzelius, Mark Rhodes, Dylan Zimmerman, Gage McKinley, Jeff Morrison, and Jeremy Donhardt.
