PONTIAC, IL – Veterans are invited to attend the annual Veterans’ Legislative Day in Springfield on April 29, according to State Senator Dan Rutherford (R-Pontiac).
The 3rd Annual Veterans’ Legislative Day will allow veterans to hear briefings about current bills moving through the General Assembly and presentations from the Illinois and U.S. Departments of Veterans’ Affairs. Springfield-area vendors will also be on hand to conduct medical screenings, job and readjustment counseling.
