Mandatory Pre-registration & Skills Check

Dates:

     Elementary South – Monday, April 4, 2005

     Elementary East - Tuesday, April 5, 2005

     Elementary West - Wednesday, April 6, 2005

REQUIREMENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN ATTENDANCE:

·        Your child must be five on or before September 1, 2005.

·        All children who will be entering kindergarten next fall MUST attend the Pre-registration & Skills Check session.  (If the parent cannot bring the child on this day, someone else may accompany the child).

·        A copy of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, and COMPLETED REGISTRATION MATERIALS (which will be mailed to you after you call for an appointment) must be brought to the registration site on this day.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS must call the school before Wednesday, March 30 to schedule a 30-minute session for the Pre-registration & Skills Check from 10:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

*You may register at any one of the schools.  Be sure to indicate which school your child will be attending in the fall.
