 Please bring: 
  •  Insurance Information 
  •  Copy of Birth Certificate for first year players   

 Registration Fee: 
  • $125.00 fee for Contact Football   (2- $25 returnable after 2 volunteer commitments are completed. A minimum of two is required) (Bantams 3rd&4th, JV 5th&6th and Varsity 7th&8th graders)
  • $50.00 fee for Flag Football    (*$20 returnable after volunteer commitment fulfilled) (1st & 2nd graders if we have enough to field 2 teams)

Registration Fee includes:
  • Equipment
  • Secondary Insurance   

*The volunteer deposit will be reimbursed once volunteer commitments have been completed & equipment has been returned at the end of the season. (Minimum of two is required)      

ALL players must have a physical and all paperwork turned in by the first practice.  Players will not be allowed to practice if all required paperwork is not turned in. There will be NO exceptions.            

Any registrations after June 1st will have a $25.00 fee for late sign up.
