A look at Minonk's past citizens |
| The Cave Restaurant was part of the Cave Hotel which was located one half block west of Chestnut Street on the south side of Fifth Street. The building was torn down in the early 1960's and the site is now the location of the Alpha Community Bank. The hotel was run by Clint McDonough and his wife. Clint was a colorful character whose vocabulary was richly spiced with profanity. |
