at 2:14 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 25, 2005) at OSF Saint James-John W.
Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac.

Service: 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home,
Minonk, with Father Luke Poczworowski and the Rev. Jonathon Absher
officiating.

Burial: Rutland Cemetery.

Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. today at the memorial home.

Memorials: OSF Saint James-John Albrecht Hospice Unit, Pontiac.

Survivors: four sons, Alvin Fred Hakes, Nashville, Tenn.; Dan (Beth)
Hakes, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Bob (Joy) Hakes and Rick (Diana) Hakes, both
of Minonk; three daughters, Kathy (Ed) Conroy and Julie (Randy) May,
both of Minonk; and Ruth (Jeff) Elliott, Normal; two brothers, Harry
(Louise) Green and Bob Green, both of Minonk; a sister, Betty (Bill)
Hart, Minonk; and 16 grandchildren.
