She was born Oct 24, 1925 in Minonk, IL. She married Ray Zivney on Nov. 17, 1948, in Minonk, IL.

 

Her memorial service in Sun City, AZ will be at 1 a.m. Tuesday March 1st at Lakeview United Methodist Church. Rev. Louie Lyon will officiate. Another Memorial Service is being planned in Minonk, IL for June. Burial will be in Minonk Township Cemetery.

 

Memorial contributions may be made in Emily's name to the American Cancer Society or her churches.

 

She is survived by her husband Ray, daughter Jane Amigoni, Son Jeff, seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, sister Clara Fewell and several nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and a daughter-in-law.

 

She was a member of Lakeview United Methodist Church in Sun City, AZ and also associated with Minonk United Methodist Church for most of her adult life.  She was also a member of Stephens Ministry.

 

Emily and her husband love to travel and wintered in Sun City, AZ for years.  She loved sewing, ceramics, card making, playing cards, and was an artist and won several awards for her paintings. But above all, she loved her Lord, her husband and her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, who meant so much to her.
