Duane "Moose" Woltzen, 75, Port Washington, Wis., formerly of Minonk, passed away unexpectedly on Friday (March 6, 2009) at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Mequon, Wis.

Service: 10 a.m. Sunday, memorial service at the Moose and Dona Woltzen Gymnasium at Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wis., with the Rev. Waymon Stewart officiating.

Survivors include his mother, Hazel Woltzen, Minonk; son, Scott Woltzen, Port Washington, Wis.; his daughter, Julie (Mathias) Romacker, Thousand Oaks, Calif.; four grandchildren; his sister, Carol Nelson, Sun City, Ariz.; his brother, Jim (Mary) Woltzen, Andalusia; and sister-in-law, Alyce Woltzen, West Union, Iowa.
