Cremation rites were accorded and a celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Minonk with the Rev. Daniel Tuhy officiating. Private inurnment will be at Minonk Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice or Illinois Cancer Care in Bloomington.

Sheila was born Dec. 19, 1941, in Henry, the daughter of Russell and Mildred Smith Stewart. She married Eddie Renken on Nov. 29, 1980, in Minonk.

He survives along with five children, Tracy (Jennifer) Stout, East Peoria; Shawn Stout, Peoria; Carrie (Dave) Harper, Hudson; Jim (Terizhana) Renken, Hollywood, Fla.; and Bobby Renken, Bloomington; a brother, Jack (Pisa) Stewart, Rock Falls; and a sister, Ginny Stewart, El Paso; five grandchildren, Cassie Stout, Brandi (Alex) Woodke-Fiorentino, Mark (Melissa) Woodke, Nolan Harper and Jeffery Gates; five great-grandchildren; and her cat, Peta.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sheila was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk. She did child care for many years. She enjoyed scrap-booking, card-making and making beads with a group of close friends.
