Eunice L. Pinkham, 82, of Minonk, passed away at 11:16 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Good Samaritan Home in Flanagan.

She was born on November 5, 1928 in Roanoke a daughter of Rustique and Lucille Satelzki Hennebelle. She married Herbert G. Pinkham on June 17, 1951 in Roanoke. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Roberta K.(Robert) Shoemaker of Gridley; Barbara G. (Ray) Dirks of El Paso; one son, Douglas E.(Tina) Pinkham of Farmer City; six grandchildren, Jessica (Jeff) Kendall, Jason (Kristi) Shoemaker, Laura (Curt) Meeker, Tracy Dirks(Eric DeBolt), Kevin Dirks (Becky Power), Lucianne Pinkham; and one brother, Lyle (Carol) Hennebelle of Corona, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Robert Hennebelle, one grandson, Kyle Pinkham.

Eunice worked at Caterpillar Tractor Company, Wrenn Motors in Roanoke and also was a homemaker.

She was a member of United Methodist Church in Minonk.

She liked to bake her cookies called Gauffes, loved to sew and fish. She had a cardinal song bird collection and she was a Chicago Cubs fan.

Eunice was a breast cancer survivor.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed by her family.

Funeral services for Eunice will be held at 10:00a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk. Rev. Mel Nielsen will officiate. Visittation will be held from 4-6p.m. on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk and also one hour before services on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roanoke Township Cemetery.
