Philip L. Park 65, of 810 N. Chestnut St., Minonk died at 8:05 a.m. Sunday, May 21, 2006 at his residence.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk. Rev. Loretta Hunt will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until times of services on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.

Phil was born September 25, 1940 at Milwaukee,WI a son of Wesley and Eva Chrisman Park. He married Bonnie D. Betla on July 1, 1961 at Milwaukee,WI. She survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Debra Park, Texarkana,TX, Shelley (Gary Sienko) Pajewski, Milwaukee,WI, and Lori (Doug) Zimmerman, Eureka; three sisters, Joyce Dean, Big Flatts,NY, Carol Opine, Racine,WI and Jan Rhodes, Bloomington; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two special friends Kenny Huskisson and Billy Davis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, and a son Dale W. Park.

Phil retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company in East Peoria in 1996 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, creating models and shooting pool in his garage with his friends. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, and was a member of the Minonk Sportsman�s Club.
