Helen E. Kline
DANA -- Helen E. Kline, 88, rural Dana, died at 5:15 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 27, 2007) at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. She had resided at the Rosewood Care Center in Peoria since early August.
Helen was born on Jan. 22, 1919, in Rutland, a daughter of Leslie and Grace Roe Baker. She married Walter H. Kline on Feb. 24, 1940, in Rutland. He passed away on Nov. 4, 1977.
Survivors include four sons, Robert (Elsie) Kline, Dana; Kenneth (Kathy) Kline, Peoria Heights; Alan (Barbara) Kline, Lincoln; and John (Kris) Kline, Godfrey; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Beverly; and a grandson, Patrick Walter Kline.
Helen was a member of the Rutland Christian Church.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk. The Revs. Andy Felix and John Hoyt will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rutland Cemetery.
