Dorothy Klendworth, 84 of 413 E. Second St., Minonk formerly of Dana passed away at 11:07 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2006 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minonk.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2006 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk. Rev. Gretchen Stinebaugh will officiate. Interment will be in Dana Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Dana United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Klendworth was born May 18, 1922 at Campbellsville,KY a daughter of Ed and Ruth Willis Huddleston. She married Oakley Klendworth on January 7, 1942 in Iowa. He died June 29, 1999.

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon (Howard) Hume, Bloomington; a son, Errol (Susie) Klendworth, Dana; a sister, Betty Augsburger, Flanagan; four grandchildren, Wendy (Jim) Feeney, Morris, Darin (Sherilyn) Klendworth, Rutland, Chad (Debbi) Klendworth, Rutland and Kevin Hume, Greensboro,NC; eight great grandchildren, Austin, Brenna and Nolan Feeney; Reed, Cole and Kianna Klendworth; Kale and Brooke Klendworth.

Dorothy was a member of the Dana United Methodist Church and served with the United Methodist Women at her church. She was also a member of the Livingston County Home Extension, Tall Oaks County Club, Toluca and the Alden Pines Country Club Pine Island,FL.
