Preston L. Lindsay Jr., 71, Minonk died at 6 a.m. Tuesday (July 5, 2011) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minonk.

Service: 1 p.m. Thursday at Calvert – Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk, the Rev. Terry Newman will officiate.

Burial: following service in Minonk Township Cemetery.

Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the memorial home.

Memorials: First Assembly of God in Normal.

Survivors: his wife, Karen A. Madden Lindsay, Minonk; a son, Preston (Teresa) Lindsay III, Rutland; a daughter, Vicki (Eric) Olson, Plainfield; and two brothers, David (Marianne) Lindsay, Minonk and Ryan (Freda) Lindsay, Bloomington; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
