Brian T. Janssen, 40, of Cape Coral died Tuesday December 4th, 2007 at the Lee Memorial Hospital. Brian was born in Streator, IL in 1967 to his parents Bradley and Marcia Janssen. He moved to Cape Coral in 1987 from Minonk, IL. He married Barbara Livingston in 1995. Brian enjoyed music and singing. He worked for several local businesses, including Cash Register Insurance and Fed USA Insurance in Cape Coral.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother Marcia Harris, two brothers Christopher and Andrew Janssen all of Cape Coral. Stepchildren: Amanda Collins of St. James City and Cory and Brandon Collins of Lakeland, FL, Aunts and Uncles; Dewey Havener of N. Fort Myers, Tim Havener of Bokeelia, FL, Teresa Shattuck and Tom Havener of Cape Coral, Joel Havener of St. James City, FL and Jack and Joan Jochums of Minonk, IL, one niece Abigail Janssen of Cape Coral, Step-grandson Byron Daughtrey and many cousins.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday December 8, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Metz Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit Friday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday morning one hour prior to the service. Cremation arrangements by the Metz Chapel of Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Homes and Crematory, Cape Coral.
