EL PASO -- Ronald C. Hanson, 58, of 428 E. Jefferson St., El Paso, passed away at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday (April 6, 2005) at his residence.
There will be no service or visitation. Cremation will be accorded. Arrangements are by Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in El Paso.
Ronald was born Aug. 22, 1946, in Princeton, a son of Burdette and Garnet Nye Hanson. He married Connie Smith on July 6, 1972, in Eureka. She survives.
Other survivors include four daughters, Julie (Tim Manley) Hanson of El Paso; Ronda (Dan Poldek) Hanson of Streator; Theresa (Steve) White of Minonk; and Jaime (Dan) Esser of El Paso; two sisters, Diana (Dave) Cremer of Minonk and Sue (Rick) Hock of Minonk; his grandmother, Alberta Nye of Princeton; and 10 grandchildren, Joey, Harley, Mercedes, Cami, Trevor, Anthony, Alyssa, Alexis, Lainey and Carlee.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.
He worked as a welder and body shop manager at Linco Equipment in El Paso.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Minonk and attended Minonk-Dana-Rutland High School. He was an avid fisherman.
He will be deeply missed by his dogs, Cassi, Lucy, Chaos and Shadow.
