Gallup, William E. "Bill" Age 64 of Crystal, MN, passed away August 15,2006 in Crystal. Bill was born May 20, 1942 in Pontiac, Illinois & raised in Minonk, Illinois. He was a member of the Minnesota Golf Association & the Osseo American Legion and served in the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by father, Ralph Herbert Gallup & his stepfather, William Kinney Gallup.
