Peoria- Wanda L. Fields, 61 of 3564 W. Royal Dr., Peoria died at 11:53 A.M. Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk. Rev. John Plunkett will officiate. Burial will be in Rutland Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until time of services at the funeral home

Wanda was born March 16, 1945 at Streator a daughter of Robert R. and Margaret J. Craig Tuley. She married Richard A. Fields on October 16, 1976 at Rutland. He died November 14, 1982.

Survivors include her daughter, Melody L. (and John) Hayes, Pekin; a son, Scott A. Fields, Peoria; a granddaughter, Jennifer Hayes, Pekin; one sister, Carolyn S. Hooker, Sherman.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Wanda was a member of the Rutland Christian Church. She taught kindergarten at Delevan Grade School for 10 years and later worked at the Special Education Association of Peoria County for 16 years.
