Josephine “Jo” Courtney, 77, Minonk, died at 5:45 p.m. Monday (June 7, 2010) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minonk.

Service: noon Thursday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk, with the Rev. Jan Johnson officiating.

Burial: following service in Minonk Township Cemetery.

Visitation: one hour prior to the service Thursday at the memorial home.

Memorials: to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Survivors: husband, Melton Courtney, Minonk; son, Kevin Courtney, Zimmerman, Minn.; daughter, Donna Lee Devine, Roanoke; two sisters, Ruby Jaco, and her twin sister, Catherine Almond, both of Popular Bluff, Mo.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
