Steven F. Bottcher, 55, Minonk, died at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 4, 2011, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

Service: A private memorial service at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services of Central Illinois assisted the family in arrangements.

Survivors: three sisters, Lillian (Robert) Weiss, Farmer City; Linda (Michael) Thacker, Normal; and Michelle (Mark) Medley, Minonk; and brother-in-law, Martin Cummings, Minonk.
