Niki D. Bevins, 41 of Minonk, passed away on July 28, 2019 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. She was born on November 4, 1977 in Peoria the daughter of Darwin and Debra (Brosman) Koehler. She married Edgar Bevins on October 27, 2012 in Galena. He survives.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Amy Bevins of Philadelphia, PA, Addison Bohler of Bloomington, Casey Bohler of Bloomington; Mother: Debra Koehler of Bloomington; 1 brother: Jason (Autumn) Koehler of Stoughton, WI; 2 nieces: Sierra and Kiana Koehler; and 1 grand-niece: Olivia.

Niki was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.

Niki graduated from Dunlap High School in 1996. She was the owner operator of The Blind Beauty (Avon). She volunteered countless hours of service at the Peoria Blind Center. She was a member of the Village Aires Choir of Minonk. Niki loved to sing. She enjoyed landscaping her yard with flowers.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk from 4 to 7pm. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Ruestman Harris Funeral Home.
