STREATOR - Gregory G. Arndt, 56, of Peoria, formerly of Streator, died at 8:28 p.m. Thursday (April 5, 2007) at his residence.

Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Antioch Christian Church, Toluca, with the Rev. Robert Idell officiating.–;

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Toluca, and for one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.

Burial: Cremation rites will be accorded.–;Inurnment will be at a later date.

Memorials: to the charity of the donor's choice.

Survivors: his son, David (Susan) Arndt, Dana; his stepmother, Nancy Arndt, Toluca; three brothers, Michael (JoAnn) Arndt, Rutland; Geoffrey (Ann Nodine) Arndt, Peoria; and Ken (Cynthia) Arndt, Toluca; a sister, Nancy (Don) Umphress, Rutland; four stepsisters, Janet Silvestri, Toluca, Joanne (Ed) Stromberg, Lansdale, Pa.; Lori Norlander, Houston, Texas; and Barbara Silvestri, Chicago; three grandchildren; and his ex-wife, Joan Peek, Streator.

 He was a 1969 graduate of Minonk-Dana-Rutland High School.
