Clarence E. "Dutch" Armstrong, 83, of 428 Thomas St., Minonk, passed away Monday (Sept. 10, 2007) at his residence.

Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk. The Rev. Von Waggoner will officiate.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk.

Burial: Secor Cemetery.

Survivors: his wife, Janet Ruth Armstrong; his daughter, Linda (Jeffrey) Williams, East Peoria; a sister, Edna Paulsen, Toluca; three brothers, Milford Armstrong, Cheshire; Ray (Dina) Armstrong, Roanoke; and Gilbert Armstrong, Bloomington; two step-grandchildren, Nick (Bess) Williams, Eureka, and Ryan Williams, Pekin; and three step-great-grandchildren.
