Bernadine V. Zupansic, 79 Bernadine V. Zupansic, 79, of 512 W. Eighth St., Minonk, died at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday (July 16, 2003) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington. Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk. The Rev. Craig Swenson and the Rev. Joseph Bleakley will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Benson. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and for one hour before the service Saturday, both at the church. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk, is in charge of arrangements. Bernadine was born March 11, 1924, in Linn Township, near Roanoke, a daughter of John and Meta Schoon Peters. She married Anthony "Tony" Zupansic on May 15, 1946, at Minonk. He died March 11, 1987. Survivors include two daughters, LaVerna Zupansic, Normal; and Viola Zupansic, Minonk; and one brother; Glenwood Peters, Washington. She was preceded in death by an infant brother and sister.
