Pat Huxtable, 63 ODELL -- Pat Huxtable, 63, of 400 Vermillion St., Odell, formerly of Dana, died Wednesday morning (Feb. 26, 2003) at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Elias Funeral Home, Streator, the Rev. Connie Jenkins officiating. Burial will be at Dana Cemetery, Dana. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Surviving are two sons, Randy (Susan) Huxtable, Huntsville, Ala.; and Greg (Susan) Huxtable, Vinegrove, Tenn.; one daughter, Cindy (Daniel) Hertz, Odell; two brothers, George (Maureen) Staley, Crossville, Tenn.; and William (Sharon) Staley, Theodore, Ala.; one sister, Jean (Glenn) Matthes Cobb, Crossville, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren.
