Delia Durre, 94 Delia Durre, 94, of Flanagan, formerly of Minonk, died at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday (Nov. 4, 2003) at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Flanagan, where she had been a resident for eight years. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk, with the Rev. Craig Swenson officiating. Burial will follow in Minonk Township Cemetery, Minonk. Visitation will be for one hour before the services Friday at the memorial home. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Home, Flanagan, or Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk. Delia was born Feb. 13, 1909, in Roanoke, the daughter of George W. and Sadie Frericks Karl. She married Otto Durre on June 25, 1931, in Benson. He died in May 14, 1979. Surviving is one sister, Mabel Oberlander of Peoria; four grandsons, Mark Hesselberth of Oklahoma; Scott Hesselberth of Oregon; Todd Hesselberth of Arkansas; and Eric Hesselberth of California; and one great-grandson, Daniel Hesselberth of Oklahoma. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Delia was preceded in death by two daughters, Patricia Renee Goldtrap and Beverly Durre; three brothers; and three sisters. Delia was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk. She had worked at the Lida Nursing Home in Minonk for many years.
