Alma W. Dunham, 88 The funeral of Alma W. Dunham, 88, of 412 N. Olive, Toluca, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk. The Rev. Connie Jenkins will officiate. Burial will follow in Minonk Township Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. She died at 3:05 p.m. Friday (June 6, 2003) at St. Mary's Hospital, Streator. Memorials may be made to the Toluca Ambulance Squad or to the Varna Methodist Church. She was born Jan. 27, 1915, near Dana, a daughter of Johann and Tena M. Osterman. She married Roy J. Dunham on Dec. 27, 1933, in Dana. He died March 24, 1982. Surviving are two sons, Donald (Marjorie) Dunham, Dana, and Larry (Linda) Dunham, Bowie, Texas; two daughters, Evelyn (Al) Hayes, Jefferson, Ore., and Doris (Errol) Baxter, North Aurora; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Dunham was a member of the Varna Methodist Church; the W.S.C.S. of her church; and the Royal Neighbors. A lifetime area resident, she was a loving mother and grandmother.
