Monica Eileen Dornbush, 67 Monica Eileen Dornbush, 67, of rural Rutland died at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday (May 27, 2003) at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, Minonk. The Rev. Daniel Gansch-Boythe will officiate. Burial will be in Minonk Township Cemetery, Minonk. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service Thursday at the memorial home. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Minonk, or to a charity of the donor's choice. Mrs. Dornbush was born Aug. 5, 1935, at Normal, the daughter of Millard Jefferson and Evelyn Schwitters Blan. She married Merlon Dornbush on Nov. 25, 1956, at Minonk. He survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Myrna (Russ) Haas, Normal; one son, Mark Dornbush, Rutland; and one grandson, Ryan Haas. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Minonk; Woodford County Home Extension; and Woodford County Matron's Club. She also was a Woodford County 4-H leader for many years.
