Several announcements were made at an abbreviated city council meeting
Monday night, December 19. The EDC and the Finance Committee will
have a joint meeting on Tuesday January 10, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. to meet
with the developers of the proposed Minonk Raceway to get a status
report of their proposed development.
A special
City Council meeting will be held on December 28, 2005 at 8:45 a.m.
to interview EMS Chief applicants.
Mayor
Pro Tem Buchanan said that the City’s appreciation dinner would be held at
LaVon’s Fine Food & Spirits on Friday January 20, 2006.
City Administrator Trent Smith will send out
the invitations.
