What is the city clerk making comments like this during a city meeting????  This sound like a gripe between him and the ruestmans and should have been taking offline and not waste the councils time.

Changes to parking near the school has been tried several times and ended up dropped by the second week of school. With the proposed changes to parking around South, does that mean that the faculty will not be parking in the spots in front of the school? The spots in front of the school should be designated as one or two hour parking. They may as well close Johnson as there are very few parking spots left once the faculity has parked. Parents should not have to park 2+ blocks away to pick their children up from school. Another thing that should be done is to change Bright Beginnings end times to ensure that the parents parking on the north side of the building are gone before the rest of the school dismisses. It used to dismiss 20 minutes early, which really worked out.
